Section 2516 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (1)(c)— by inserting section 1582 (vessels for slave trade), section 1583 (enticement into slavery), after section 1581 (peonage), ; and by inserting section 1585 (seizure, detention, transportation or sale of slaves), section 1586 (service on vessels in slave trade), section 1587 (possession of slaves aboard vessel), section 1588 (transportation of slaves from United States), after section 1584 (involuntary servitude), ; and in subsection (2)— by striking kidnapping human and inserting kidnapping, human ; and by striking production, , and inserting production, prostitution, .
