Part I of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in chapter 77— in section 1583(a), in the flush text following paragraph (3), by striking not more than 20 years and inserting not more than 30 years ; in section 1587, by striking four years and inserting 10 years ; and in section 1591(d), by striking 20 years and inserting 25 years ; and in section 2426— in subsection (a), by striking twice and inserting 3 times ; and in subsection (b)(1)(B) by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting subparagraph
(A).
