Section 702 of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 ( 25 U.S.C. 4211 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting 50 ; 99 in subsection (b), by striking 50 years and inserting 99 years ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by inserting (in effect before, on, or after the date of enactment of the after Bringing Useful Initiatives for Indian Land Development Act of 2017 ) law ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 50 years and inserting 99 years .
