The Food and Drug Administration shall post on its Internet website information for consumers regarding— final orders regarding the safety of a cosmetic ingredient or non-functional constituent under section 608(d)(3) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; cosmetic product recalls (including voluntary and mandatory recalls); and identified counterfeit cosmetic products.
