Section 811 of the Tropical Forest Conservation Reauthorization Act of 2017 ( 22 U.S.C. 2431i ), as renamed by section 2(a), is repealed. Section 803 of such Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2431a ) is amended— by striking paragraph (4); and by redesignating paragraphs (5), (6), (7), (8), and

(9)as paragraphs (4), (5), (6), (7), and (8), respectively.
