Section 9504(a) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( 42 U.S.C. 10364(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(H)— in clause (i), by striking or at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: to plan for or address the impacts of drought. ; and in paragraph (3)(E), by adding at the end the following: The Commissioner of Reclamation may, at the discretion of the Commissioner, waive any cost-share requirements. .
