Section 3 ( 29 U.S.C. 652 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The term authorized employee representative — means any person or organization that for the purposes of this Act represents 2 or more employees at an establishment, factory, plant, construction site, or other workplace, or other environment where work is performed by employees for an employer; and includes a representative authorized by employees, a representative of employees, or any other representative of employees under this Act. .
