In this section, the term Alaska Native village means a Native village that has a Village Corporation (as those terms are defined in section 3 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1602 )). The Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report on efforts to relocate Alaska Native villages due to flooding and erosion threats that updates the report of the Comptroller General entitled Alaska Native Villages: Limited Progress Has Been Made on Relocating Villages Threatened by Flooding and Erosion , dated June 2009. The report under subsection
(b)shall include— a summary of flooding and erosion threats to Alaska Native villages throughout the State of Alaska, based on information from— the Corps of Engineers; the Denali Commission; and any other relevant sources of information as the Comptroller General determines to be appropriate; the status of efforts to relocate Alaska Native villages due to flooding and erosion threats; and any other issues relating to flooding and erosion threats to, or relocation of, Alaska Native villages, as the Comptroller General determines to be appropriate.
