The Secretary shall expedite the completion of a feasibility study for each of the following projects, and if the Secretary determines that the project is justified in a completed report, may proceed directly to preconstruction planning, engineering, and design of the project: Project for riverbank stabilization, Selma, Alabama. Project for ecosystem restoration, Three Mile Creek, Alabama. Project for flood diversion, Seward, Alaska. Project for flood control, water conservation, and related purposes, Coyote Valley Dam, California.
Project for flood risk management, South San Francisco, California. Project for flood risk management and ecosystem restoration, Tijuana River, California. Project for flood risk management in East Hartford, Connecticut. Project for flood risk management in Hartford, Connecticut. Projects under the Comprehensive Flood Mitigation Study for the Delaware River Basin. Project for ecosystem restoration, Lake Apopka, Florida. Project for ecosystem restoration, Kansas River Weir, Kansas.
Project for water resource improvements, Willamette River Basin, Fern Ridge, Oregon. Project for navigation, Tacoma Harbor, Washington. The Secretary shall expedite completion of a post-authorization change report for the following projects: Project for flood risk management, San Luis Rey River Flood Control Protection Project, California. Project for flood risk management, Success Reservoir Enlargement Project, California. Everglades Agricultural Area Reservoir, Central Everglades Planning Project, Florida.
