Section 210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2238 ) is amended— in the section heading by striking and inserting Authorization of appropriations ; Funding for harbor navigation by redesignating subsections (c), (d), (e), and
(f)as subsections (d), (e), (f), and (g), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following: In addition to amounts appropriated under subsections
(a)and (b), there shall be available to the Secretary, out of the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund, without further appropriation, for fiscal year 2029 and each fiscal year thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of subsection (a)(2). Amounts made available under this subsection shall remain available until expended. . Section 210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2238 ) is further amended— in subsection (d)(2)(A)(i) (as redesignated by subsection (a)(2) of this section) by striking subsection
(e)and inserting subsection
(f); in subsection (e)(3)(B)(i) (as redesignated by subsection (a)(2) of this section) by striking subsection (c)(2)(A) and inserting subsection (d)(2)(A) ; and in subsection (f)(2)(A)(ii) (as redesignated by subsection (a)(2) of this section) by striking subsection (d)(2) and inserting subsection (e)(2) .
