The Federal departments and agencies described in subsection
(b)shall provide to impacted communities technical assistance and educational outreach to fund partnerships, in coordination with available resources. The Federal departments and agencies referred to in subsection
(a)are— the Rural Business-Cooperative Service of the Department of Agriculture; the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response of the Environmental Protection Agency; the Department of Energy; the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund of the Department of the Treasury; SelectUSA and the National Institute of Standards and Technology—Manufacturing Extension Partnerships of the Department of Commerce; the Corporation for National and Community Service; and the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement of the Department of the Interior.
