The Act approved April 12, 1941 ( Public Law 77–37 ; 55 Stat. 140–144) is amended— in section 7— by striking After payment and all that follows through the first instance of for that purpose, and inserting Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of the Restore the Harmony Way Bridge Act, ; and by striking be free of tolls and ; and by striking Federal Works Administrator and Commissioner of Public Roads each place in which either appears and inserting Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration .
