Section 107 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2018 (division F of Public Law 115–141 ), related to visa overstay data, shall apply in fiscal year 2019, except that the reference to this Act shall be treated as referring to this Act, and the reference to 2017 shall be treated as referring to 2018 .
