Section 129C of the Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1639c ) is amended by adding at the end the following: This section and any regulations promulgated under this section do not apply to a mortgage serving as collateral for a qualified security, as such term is defined under section 321 of the Protecting American Taxpayers and Homeowners Act of 2018. .
