The Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall submit to Congress a report on the visa waiver program under section 217 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1187 ), which includes the following: Quantitative language on how many people visited the United States under the secure travel partnership program, which countries had the highest number of visitors, and which were growing. Ways in which the secure travel partnership program promotes travel security. Long-term resource allocation of the Department of Homeland Security in managing the program.
