None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or further any provision of Public Law 111–148 or title I or subtitle B of title II of Public Law 111–152 and the amendment made by such provision: Provided , That funds in this Act may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or further the rate setting process for calendar year 2019 and fiscal year 2020 for Medicare under title XVIII of the Social Security Act: Provided further , That funds in this Act may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or further the final rules for the provisions of (and amendments made by) sections 2501(c), 2501(d), and 2503 of Public Law 111–148 , as amended by sections 1206(a) and 1101(c) of Public Law 111–152 , insofar as each respective rule relates to calendar year 2019.
