Sec. 404. Funding for the activities of the Commission

The Secretary of the Treasury may collect and disseminate to the Commission private sector funds donated for the purposes of this title. Except for funds donated under subsection (a), additional funds may not be authorized to be appropriated to pay for the activities of the Commission. The amounts and sources of all funds donated under subsection
(a)and all spending by the Commission shall be made publicly available on an internet website.
