Section 101A of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3022 ) is hereby repealed. The table of contents at the beginning of such Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 101A. Section 102A(c)(1)(B) of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3024 ) is amended by striking and, after obtaining the advice of the Joint Intelligence Community Council .
