Section 302(d) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10132(d) ) is amended by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: To the extent practicable, the Director shall gather information from Puerto Rico in carrying out the statistical collection, analysis, and dissemination functions of the Bureau. .
