The Secretary of Homeland Security may transfer up to $15,000,000 in unexpended balances of amounts made available to the Department of Homeland Security under the heading Science and Technology Directorate—Operations and Support in division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 ( Public Law 115–141 ) to the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of contract support of the operations of the National Bio and Agro-defense Facility.
