Section 20001(b) of Public Law 115–97 is amended— in paragraph (5)(A)— by striking 50 and inserting 47 ; and by inserting before the semicolon and 3 percent shall be deposited into the Fund established in section 6 of ; and Public Law 92–203 to be divided and distributed in the same manner as revenues pursuant to section 7 of such Act by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts received as a distribution under paragraph (5)(A) shall be used for the purpose of providing for the social and economic needs of Natives (as defined in section 3 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1602 )). .
