Section 127(s) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— by amending the subsection heading to read as follows: Natural Gas and Electric Battery Vehicles ; by inserting or powered primarily by means of electric battery power after the first occurrence of natural gas ; by striking any vehicle weight limit and inserting the weight limit on the power unit by up to 2,000 pounds ; and by striking all that follows under this section and inserting a period after section .
