Notwithstanding section 101, amounts are provided for Department of Agriculture—Domestic Food Programs—Food and Nutrition Service—Commodity Assistance Program at a rate for operations of $317,139,000, of which $238,120,000 shall be for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program.
