The Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 6401 et seq.) is amended by striking Administrator each place it appears and inserting Secretary in the following subsections— subsection
(a)of section 203 ( 16 U.S.C. 6402 ); subsections (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), and
(j)of section 204 ( 16 U.S.C. 6403 ); subsections (a), (c), and
(d)of section 205 ( 16 U.S.C. 6404 ); and subsection
(a)of section 206 ( 16 U.S.C. 6405 ). Section 201 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 6401 et seq.) is amended to read as follows: This title may be cited as the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 .
