Section 9 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2018 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any supplemental nutrition assistance program transaction data that contains information specific to a retail food store, a retail food store location, a person, or other entity shall be exempt from the disclosure requirements of section 552(a) of title 5 of the United States Code pursuant to section 552(b)(3) of title 5 of the United States Code. .
