The establishment of any affirmative disclosure requirements relating to the genetic engineering of salmon or other finfish, or foods containing genetically engineered salmon or other finfish shall be made in accordance with the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard ( 7 U.S.C. 1639 ) and any rules or regulations implementing that Act as promulgated by the Secretary of Agriculture.
