None of the funds made available by this Act shall be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule entitled “Food Labeling: Revision of the Nutrition and Supplement Facts Labels”, published in the Federal Register on May 27, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 33742) to the extent such rule requires that the nutrition facts panel on the labeling of a single-ingredient food that does not have any sugars or sweeteners added to the food, such as honey and maple syrup, include a statement that the food contains added sugars.
