No food that bears or contains partially hydrogenated oils (as defined in the order published by the Food and Drug Administration in the Federal Register on June 17, 2015 (80 Fed. Reg. 34650 et seq.)) shall be considered to be adulterated within the meaning of subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2)(C)(i) of section 402 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 342(a) ) because such food contains such partially hydrogenated oils so long as such food is introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce on or before June 18, 2018.
