Section 4s(e)(4) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 6s(e)(4) ) is amended— by inserting
(A)before The requirements ; and by adding after and below the end the following: The initial margin requirements imposed by rules adopted pursuant to paragraphs (2)(A)(ii) and (2)(B)(ii) shall not apply to any swap in which— one counter party is a person in which the other counterparty, directly or indirectly, holds a majority ownership interest; or a third party, directly or indirectly, holds a majority ownership interest in both counterparties. .
