Section 317E(f) of the Public Health Act ( 42 U.S.C. 247b6(f) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 247–b(1)(2)(3) for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2021. .
