For an additional amount for Department of the Interior—Bureau of Reclamation—Water and Related Resources , $21,400,000, to remain available until expended, for transfer to Reclamation's Upper Colorado River Basin Fund to carry out environmental stewardship and endangered species recovery efforts pursuant to the Grand Canyon Protection Act of 1992 ( Public Law 102–575 ), Public Law 106–392 , the Colorado River Basin Project Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1551(b) ), and the Act of April 11, 1956 (commonly known as the Colorado River Storage Project Act ) ( 43 U.S.C. 620n ).
