Any reference to a report accompanying this Act contained in division A shall be treated as a reference to Senate Report 115–258. The effect of such Report shall be limited to division A and shall apply for purposes of determining the allocation of funds provided by, and the implementation of, division A. Any reference to a report accompanying this Act contained in division B shall be treated as a reference to Senate Report 115–274. The effect of such Report shall be limited to division B and shall apply for purposes of determining the allocation of funds provided by, and the implementation of, division B.
Any reference to a report accompanying this Act contained in division C shall be treated as a reference to Senate Report 115–269. The effect of such Report shall be limited to division C and shall apply for purposes of determining the allocation of funds provided by, and the implementation of, division C.
