Section 1(b) of the Act of June 4, 1920 (41 Stat. 750; chapter 223; 22 U.S.C. 214(b) ), is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking 2010 and inserting 2019 ; and in paragraph (3), by— striking 2006 and 2007 and inserting 2018 and 2019 ; and striking 2005 and inserting 2017 .
