Section 1552(a)(5) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: The Secretary shall also publish on such website a summary of each such decision, indexed by subject matter. The Secretary shall redact all personally identifiable information from any such decision and summary. The amendments made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 2019.
