Section 2879 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1874) is amended by striking subsection (b). The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.
