It is the sense of Congress that— the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council
(GCC)are important security cooperation partners of the United States; the unity of GCC member countries is critical to facing growing threats from Iran; and timely normalization of diplomatic, security, and economic relationships among GCC member countries is in the best interest of the United States.
