Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration shall submit to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives a report describing the progress in development of the Low-Boom Flight Demonstration, including— the plans of the Administrator to coordinate with other executive agencies to ensure the availability of developmental and operational testing infrastructure for low-boom flight demonstrations by 2021; and the strategy of the Administration to acquire chase aircrafts to ensure the availability of such aircrafts for such demonstrations.
