The Secretaries of Defense and Veterans Affairs shall establish a joint definition of military sexual trauma for their respective Departments to use in all aspects of delivering care and benefits to members of the Armed Forces and veterans who have suffered that crime. The Secretaries shall submit to Congress a report on their efforts under subsection (a), including legislative recommendations, not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
