The Secretary of Defense is authorized to increase engagement and military-to-military cooperation with Western Balkans countries under the authorities of chapter 16 of title 10, United States Code. In this section, the term Western Balkans countries means— Serbia; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Kosovo; and Macedonia.
