Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068), as most recently amended by section 1234 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1659), is further amended— in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking 50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2018 pursuant to subsection (f)(3) and inserting 50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2019 pursuant to subsection (f)(4) ; in paragraph (3), by striking fiscal year 2018 and inserting fiscal year 2019 ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
Of the funds available for fiscal year 2019 pursuant to subsection (f)(4), $50,000,000 shall be available only for lethal assistance described in paragraphs
(2)and
(3)of subsection (b). ; in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following: For fiscal year 2019, $250,000,000. ; and in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2021 .
