(a)and (f); by redesignating subsections
(b)through
(e)as subsections
(a)through (d), respectively; by redesignating subsections
(g)and
(h)as subsections
(e)and (f); in subsection (a)(1), as so redesignated, by striking and subject to the certification requirement under subsection (f), ; and in subsection (d), as so redesignated— by striking Promptly following the completion of the certification requirement under subsection
(f)and notwithstanding and inserting Notwithstanding ; and by striking shall begin transfer, without reimbursement, of— and inserting shall transfer, without reimbursement— .
