Notwithstanding the amounts specified in the funding table in section 4701, the total amount authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2019 for research, development, test and evaluation and available for the inertial confinement fusion and high yield program shall be $518,927,000, to be allocated as follows: Ignition, $69,575,000. Support of other stockpile programs, $22,565,000. Diagnostics, cryogenics, and experimental support, $74,194,000. Pulsed power inertial confinement fusion, $8,310,000.
Joint program in high energy density laboratory plasmas, $9,492,000. Facility operations and target production, $334,791,000. The amount authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2019 by section 3102 and available as specified in the funding table in section 4701 for defense environmental cleanup for excess facilities is hereby reduced by $100,000,000.
