Section 11 of the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act ( 50 U.S.C. 98h–2 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking January 15 of and inserting February 15 ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking Not later and all that follows through report containing and inserting Each report under subsection
(a)shall also include ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking Each such report in the first sentence and inserting Each report under subsection
(a)with respect to matters covered by this subsection ; and by striking Each such report in the second sentence and inserting Each report under subsection
(a)with respect to such matters .
