Section 2375(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking January 1, 2015 and inserting October 13, 1994 . Section 2533a(i) of such title is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting items ; and products by striking commercial items and inserting commercial products . Section 2533b(h) of such title is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting items ; and products by striking commercial items each place it appears and inserting commercial products .
