Title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: Section 231a is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 9 is amended by striking the item relating to section 231a. Section 2276 is amended by striking subsection (e). The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ) is amended— in section 911(f) ( 10 U.S.C. 2271 note)— in the subsection heading, by striking ; ; biennial update in paragraph (3), by striking , and each update required by paragraph (2), ; and by striking paragraph
(2)and redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); and in section 1034— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (d). Section 1047(d) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 10 U.S.C. 2366b note) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and all that follows through bandwidth The Secretary and inserting ; and bandwidth requirements.— The Secretary by striking paragraph (2). Section 1244 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 22 U.S.C. 1928 note) is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 1217 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 22 U.S.C. 7513 note) is amended by striking subsection (i). Section 524 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1723; 10 U.S.C. 1222 note) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 1026(d) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3490) is repealed. Section 703 of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1982 ( Public Law 97–99 ; 95 Stat. 1376) is amended by striking subsection (g). Section 1061 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 10 U.S.C. 111 note) is amended— in subsection (c), by striking paragraphs
(16)and (41); in subsection (d), by striking paragraph (3); in subsection (f), by striking paragraph (1); in subsection (g), by striking paragraph (3); in subsection (h), by striking paragraph (3); and in subsection (i), by striking paragraphs (15), (17), and (24). Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 ( Public Law 106–65 ; 113 Stat. 749; 31 U.S.C. 1113 note) is amended by striking paragraph (32).
