Not later than December 1, 2018, the Administrator for Nuclear Security shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the implementation of the 2018 Nuclear Posture Review by the National Nuclear Security Administration. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include the following: A list of specific actions associated with implementation of the policies set forth in the 2018 Nuclear Posture Review applicable to the National Nuclear Security Administration. For each such action— an identification of the office within the Administration with responsibility for the action; and key milestones for the action. A discussion of any challenges to successfully implementing such actions. A description of the process established for monitoring the implementation of such actions. A description of policy decisions by the Administrator that are necessary to complete the implementation of such actions. A description of the estimated costs for such actions, if— information on such costs is available; and such costs are estimated to be significantly different from the costs for actions by the Administration associated with the implementation of policies set forth in previous Nuclear Posture Reviews.
