Subsection (a)(1) of section 217 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by striking and each secretary of a military department may establish one or more and inserting shall, acting through the secretaries of the military departments, establish not fewer than three . Subsection
(f)of such section is amended by striking September 30, 2020 and inserting September 30, 2022 .
