The Secretary of the Navy shall— modify the compartments and infrastructure of the aircraft carrier designated CVN–73 to support the fielding of the MQ–25 unmanned aerial vehicle before the date on which the refueling and complex overhaul of the aircraft carrier is completed; and ensure such modification is sufficient to complete the full installation of MQ–25 in no more than a single maintenance period after such overhaul.
