Section 1106 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking 15 percent and inserting 25 percent ; and in subsection (d), by striking September 30, 2021 and inserting September 30, 2025 .
