Section 2329(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking October 1, 2022 and inserting October 1, 2020 ; and in paragraph (1)— by striking at or about and inserting at or before ; and by inserting or on the date on which the future-years defense program is submitted to Congress under section 221 of this title after title 31 ; in paragraph (3), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: be included in the future-years defense program submitted to Congress under section 221 of this title. .
